BRB Appoints Director of Business Development

BRB Contractors, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Katherin (Katy) Steinbacher as BRB’s new Director of Business Development.  Katy is a professional engineer that comes from the consulting side and lives in Lawrence, Kansas with her husband, Frank McMahon.  She will focus on promoting BRB’s construction services by maintaining relationships with consulting engineers and past, current and potential clients, as well as by helping to sustain a client oriented culture within all divisions of BRB.  In addition to developing new business for the company, Katy will visit every project several times throughout the construction process and help to ensure that every member of the project team – the owner, the engineer and each BRB employee – is satisfied with their experience.  She will also  work on expanding BRB’s already successful design-build division, teaming up with members of various engineering firms to provide clients with alternative project delivery systems that save time and money and help to foster community pride.
