Downloading Documents

In many cases, BRB will provide digital copies of bid documents for our associates to download.  By using this site you understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below:

• BRB is not the owner or designer of these documents.  These are the documents BRB received in order to prepare a bid on a specific project.  Users of this site understand and agree that they will only utilize these documents provided on this site for preparation of a bid or quote and for no other purpose unless such purpose is agree to, in writing, by the creator of the documents and BRB Contractors, Inc. Any other use of these documents of the documents on this site is prohibited and may be in violation of copyright or patent laws and subject the user to civil and criminal penalties.
  

• Please prepare your bids early! If you have questions about the project, you need to ask them at least 1 week in advance.
• Please submit your quotes as early as possible.  Due to the complexity and sheer volume of quotes being recieved, we ask that all prices be submitted at least 30 minutes prior to bid time.  If your scope and/or pricing comes in too late to be evaluated, even if it is prior to the bid time, it will be considered non-responsive.  
• BRB does not engage in "bid shopping".  We will hold your quote, and those of your competitors, in complete confidence.  BRB will not respond to inquiries concerning competitor pricing or information.
