WTP & WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS

Job consists of three locations:  NW Complex, I-35 Complex and the College Complex.  NW Complex - Build new 125 dia. Ground storage tank and piping with a drain box.  Around 2000 LF of RJ and MJ yard piping (24" & 36").  Build new pump station structure with 4-300 hp split-case pumps and piping.  New sodium hypochlorite tank and structure.  New chemical feed vault and 2 meter vaults.  New transformer and generator.  I-35 Complex - Add on to existing pump station.  Add 2-400 hp vertical turbine pumps and piping.  Demo existing meter vault and construct 2 new vaults and one sleeve valve vault.  Lay new pipe from pump station to under existing ground storage tank.  Lay approx. 270 LF of 24" yard piping.  New transformer.  College Complex - New sodium hypochlorite tank and structure.  New meter vault.  Lay small chemical feed yard piping.  Drain, clean, and disinfect existing ground storage tank.

Furnish and install approx. 8500 lf of 30" DIP waterline and appurtenances.  Furnish and install approx. 170 lf of 48" Bored Crossing.  Furnish and install approx. 370 lf of 48" steel cased creek crossings.  Miscelleanous tie-ins and pavement replacement.

Furnish & install approx. 16,000 lf of 30" DIP, 5 poured in place BFU Vaults, 2 each Air Release Vaults, 5 each Blow-off connections.  Remove and replace approx. 1550 SY of pavement.  Install 48" Bore.
