Construction of a New Flow Structure, Final Clarifier Splitter Box and two (2) 130-foot diameter clarifiers, return activated and waste sludge pumping station with Ultraviolet Disinfection Facility.  New Operation Building that includes state-of-the-art instrumentation, plant control room and process laboratory.  Remove and replace influent submersible pumps.  Grit Facility Modifications to influent and effluent channels.  Modification to Air supply header including the additional laterals and diffuser in the Completely Mixed Cells.  Including sitework, yard piping, mechanical, electrical, and automated instrumentation.
