This project consisted of the construction of a new 4 mgd water treatment facility, including a new raw water pump station, pre-sedimentation & disinfection building with associated equipment, operations and filtration building, bulk chemical feed building, solids contact units, high service pump station modifications, electrical service and systems, instrumentation and controls, paving, fencing, earthwork, drainage and site seeding.  Construction services were procured by the competitive bid method.  The plant was constructed on a 16-acre site, located next to the old water treatment facility.
