Design/Build, Construction of a new .7 MGD wastewater treatment plant consisting of a two (2) 75 ft diameter "Schreiber" treatment units, concrete & masonry headworks building containing fine screen and grit removal, pre-engineered metal building containing lab, office, restroom, and blower area with three - 40 HP blowers, and earthen HDPE lined digester, two (2) bentonite  lined sludge drying beds, and two (2) effluent percolation beds, associated piping, electrical and instrumentation.
